I have been reading rving blogs for a couple of years.  Although we haven't started yet, I want to learn this blogging thing. I have found it useful to read blogs starting at the beginning.   Reading  how people prepared for this lifestyle has been helpful.  Although we have three and a half years till we can hit the road, I would like to document our process.  Gary and I have been married 26 years.  I am 56 and Gary is 66.  We don't have many doubts that this lifestyle would work for us.  At our age why wait three years?  We still own a business we are trying to sell.  Our daughter and one year old grandson live with us...and we still have five other kids at home.  They are 14  through 20 years old.  We have started the decluttering process. We have an old motorhome which we are beginning to renovate.  We decided since we already own it to start out with that.  That will give us a chance to see what our needs/wants are once we are on the road.  Reading about others and their journeys has inspired me. Since we have been married we have not had a chance to travel together.  We are so looking forward to being able to spend time together and visit the wonderful places I read about from other fulltimers.  Our plan is to sell everthing and travel full-time.  I would get more accomplished if I would stay off the net and quit reading others blogs so I will stop and get busy.
